and app show both accounts again.

Whats up with data?

Invisible files or from Files what’s going on here?

How do I get rid of the file? Or whatever is happening

thanks in advance

No prob man, I was banned from fb and had tht problem. It kept wanting to load my old profile. I knew then that all data from an app wasn’t ever truly gone in iOS. If those steps don’t work for you, turn off iCloud all together. I only use iCloud for contacts, mail and calendar personally because once it’s on for everything it backs-up more data and info than I want it to. If you only have the 5 gig account like me then honestly there’s better cloud services on App Store with better data handling controls. Btw I’m not a professional just a normal guy glad to help.

Hi there, iPhoneTatu!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your Facebook account information not being totally removed from your iPhone. I would suggest following these steps for How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and deleted the Facebook app. Once the app is deleted, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and then reinstall the Facebook app and see if that shows the account information still.

Let me know the results and have a great day!

Ah, thanks...

its not that simple.

And I already know based off of your response, you don’t understand. I can’t

waste any more time on explanation.

i would like to wait and see if there’s a smart person that follows the information I have already explained.

I’m looking for an answer on finding the file Facebook does NOT uninstall on iPhone.

I have the time, we’ll see what happens.

Thank you.

What I do to prevent this is: have the app in question downloaded on ur phone, but don’t log in. Click your Apple ID at the top of settings, then click iCloud, scroll down to iCloud Drive and uncheck it. iCloud Drive save app profiles and data even though you delete that app from your phone. Once that’s off delete that app, also go ahead and delete anything you don’t want anymore. Now perform an iCloud backup of your device and restart it once that’s done. Usually, unless drive or iCloud is check boxes on in another area for that app, this will allow you to download it again without prior profiles showing up already.
