Iphone warranty

Hello,

I bought iPhone XS max 256 GB from noon online store in Sudan Arabia at 4/10/2018 and have a 2 year warranty but suddenly there was a sharp decline in the sound of the mobile phone. I asked noon shop to make the repair under the warranty cover. There was procrastination and lack of respect from the customer by the store and the mobile phone has not been shipped to the store and repaired so far despite the passage of more than 10 days and the device is closed since then because of the disable feature to find my iPhone at their request.

Thank you very much for the speed of reply, but I have one last question Is it possible to replace this device with any of the new Apple devices through your authorized dealers

I know there's been a lot stated here. However, gray market phones aren't specifically without a warranty. They will have a warranty from Apple starting from the time they were purchased from Apple or an authorized dealer at retail. But for iPhones Apple will generally limit repair/replacement service to the country of official distribution.

Can you provide the model number in settings > general > about (or the equivalent in a different language)? That might give us an idea where it was supposed to be distributed.

You can also enter your serial number here to get an idea when it was purchased:

Now there is the possibility that your seller offered a seller's warranty, but those are trickier since that isn't specifically authorized by Apple and typically involved 3rd party repair decided by the seller or the seller's agent.

No, it doesn't mean your phone may not be genuine. It means you may not have purchased your phone someone AUTHORIZED to sell Apple iPhone. If they are not Authorized by Apple to sell Apple products, then Apple will not help you. The seller is who you need to get help from. Thus we can't help you. Deal with this Noon Store, whoever they are.
