I have an older iPhone 5s that I use to play Pandora. I forgot my Apple ID and password so I erased all content and settings. I then use a new apple id and password to get into it. I went to the APP store to get Pandora and them multiple other similar apps and tried to install them. They all said they would not work on my phone. Any suggestions on how to find an old version of Pandora or any radio APP?

An iPhone 5s cannot run iOS 6.1.6. The original version (and oldest that it can run) was iOS 7.0 and it can be updated to the current iOS 12.4.1
If your phone is running iOS 6.1.6 it is likely an iPhone 3GS and that is the latest that it can run.
I can't help with how to find something to run on it but that information may be of some use in your search for a solution.
