SIM card issue

I tried to use the SIM card from CTExcel in my iphone which I bought in the US but the device doesn't support the SIM card, it said that I have to contact the carrier for that. What can I do?

Contact the carrier that locked the iPhone.

Only the carrier that locked iPhone can officially unlock and if you qualify, not Apple or anyone.
