I was charged for 2 purchases for some game Roblox. I did not purchase games. I only purchase music. I want a refund back to my card for these purchases and also block any game purchases.

If they show on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if you claim you didn't do them (I assume you've changed the account's password etc. if you are saying it's been hacked), contact iTunes Support and see what they say (obviously nobody on here can refund anything).
If you don't want in-app purchases to be possible use Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions on the device
