This is my second email **** 4 case number from the other one, we have just seen 13 payments £8.99 each it has taken all my daughters saving for her holiday, there might be more but she has no such app on her phone and always checks any purchases with us, I'm disgusted with this.

Now I want to have the rest of my in-app credit back at $ 2.83
