Hello!

Using a Mac? If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac

Using an iOS device? If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime

Gotcha. In that case, you will want to follow: If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac
