Setting up Cincinnati Zoomtown email on iPhone4

I can not seem to setup my zoomtown email account thru cincinnatibell. Is there something that I am missing here? I have added everything that I thought would work. For the incoming/ outgoing mail I have "mail.zoomtown.com." I even have tried webmail.zoomtown.com. Can anyone give me some assistance on getting this resolved? I greatly appreciate any help!
