Why can’t I download app in App Store?

What is happening when you tap the cloud button?

When I press the get button, it just loads for sometime and go back to the way it was

My icloud is loads or goes back to the way it was, I am not able to continue at all. Why is this happening.?

This same thing is happening to me. I have tried everything listed to fix this in other articles. Has anyone been able to fix this?

I cannot bring apps to my phone it say done . But app is not there

The server was down for few minutes, I think it works now.

My servers are up but it’s still not working

I can’t update or install

Happening to me since I updated the system on iPhone 11 as well, haven’t figured out a way yet...
