Ringtone price

Good evening. I just bought a ringtone, which cost is 22 rubles, but my card was charged 97 rubles. Why did this happen?

See If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support. Perhaps Apple have charged for something that wasn't collected on a previous occasion.
