I noticed that my phone wasn’t allowing me to take selfies and when I flip the camera ,the screen is black. When people FaceTime me or I try to use Snapchat it doesn’t allow me to flip the camera. So what can I do? I did a hard reset already and nothing is working.

If you're sure that nothing (case or screen protector) is obstructing (or interfering with) your front camera, since your device is still on warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
