iPhone disabled

Hi, I am on holiday and my iphone has disabled whilst in my pocket. It says try again in 15 minutes, but when 15 minutes passes, it resets to wait for another 15 minutes, and so is not allowing me to input the correct passcode. Is there a way of getting around this. As I am on holiday, I have no way of connecting to iTunes. Many thanks
