I don’t have mms messaging option in my iPhone 7 Plus please help me

If you don't see an MMS messaging option in Settings>Messages, you'll need to contact your carrier. MMS is a carrier feature.

Contact your cellular provider to be certain your account is properly provisioned to include the MMS option.
