I recieved this email that my acc is locked and asked me to log in with my apple id and i did
i was not sure it was from real apple.com
aand i changed my password immediately
is this email from Apple or not?

As stated, the message is a scam. The linked site is bogus. Do not enter personal or financial information on the site.

That email is not from Apple. A simple way to find out is "Dear Customer" in the body of the email. Apple knows the name of the account and will say "Dear John" rather than using some arbitrary greetings like "Hello customer", "Hi user".

It's not. If an Apple ID actually gets locked, its owner will be told when they try logging into it.
Forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
