Old iPhone6 to StraightTalk

I am having trouble with activating my old iPhone 6 to straight talk. Brought SIM card Compatible for both Verizon Sprint AT&T etc. and put it in the phone and called straight talk support, they activated SIM card and told me it would take up to 4 hours. It still hasn’t activated is there something wrong? I brought phone from sprint a long time ago, got a 7plus awhile back and let my daughter use it on WiFi from facebook/ snap and so but want to make it fully functional and on a no contract plan. Can you please help?

You need to talk with your provider.
