Need to cancel Apple Music subscription

This is a section of my receipt. Last weekend I purchased a computer and they gave me a free trial subscription for Apple Music. I don't need this subscription because I already have one. My credit card is associated with this free subscription and when the trial ends it will start charging me. The question is, How can I cancel this free trial before they start charging me?
