I keep getting a phone call about my iCloud. They say it is Apple‘s iCloud support and that my iCloud has been compromised. Would apple call or Is it a scam.

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make calls like that. They notify you of a problem when you attempt to log in, not by phone calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
