Ipad 6 New only 3days
I don’t seem to be able to send text from my Ipad. Text come back not delivered. Do I have some option off that needs to be turned on. I worked with my old IPad Air. Any suggestions?

ipads can't send sms at all
they can only send imessage
but if one has an iphone set on the same appleID one can have the iphone handle the sms part
