I have created a new Apple ID. But when I download or update it’s still need me to fill up my old Apple ID. Why?

Because that is the account that downloaded that app, all downloads are permanently tied to the account that downloaded them. If you want the apps linked to a new account delete them and buy and download them on the new account.

Delete the apps from the phone in the same way as you would delete any app from it e.g. via the homescreen, or via Settings > General > iPhone Storage
And you shouldn't post images containing your email address on a public forum - and posting that image was pointless anyway, it shows nothing of relevance
