Aux not working on iPhone x and iphone 8 iphone 7 as well

I can’t play music through my aux Cable. I think the issue from the software. Cuz i try it on other phone with aux 3.5 mm jack it work!!

it's like the iphones connector or the converter from ligthingbolt to minijack
