I downloaded a multiplayer game a few months back. When playing, I created a new Apple ID for myself, and afterwards, I deleted the game. Now, if I want to download it again, if I want my saved progress, should I use the old Apple ID or the new one?

Using a new Apple ID to update an app purchased with old Apple ID I need to update an app which I purchased with an Apple ID that has been deleted, with a new Apple ID (currently using this). I’ve been told that in order to do that I’ll have to delete the app and download it again with my new Apple ID, and that “purchases are forever tied to the AppleID used at the time of original purchase and download”. Hello,

It is best to only use 1 Apple ID with an iPad. Your saved game progress is most likely associated with your previous Apple ID.
