Apple Cash won’t transfer to bank ???

Everytime I try to instant transfer is receive this message and if I choose the other option the money just sits on the Apple Card it’ll never reach my bank WHHYYYYYY BO WHYYYY?

Are you trying to use instant transfer with a card that is not a Visa debit? Transfer money from Apple Cash to your Visa debit card or bank account - Apple Support
