I cannot update in settings or any of my Apps and the credit card is valid. How do I reactivate my account in the Apps store?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
