Lost apple id password

Hello

please i lost my iphone and got a new one but it seems like my apple id was hacked on the lost iPhone

now my iPhone is locked on my apple id and I can’t seem to identify the password

the victim changed my password and changed my trusted number to hers

so i cant actually reset my password now
