iPhone 6s won't turn on

I have an iPhone 6s that just DIED one night. I've Replaced the Screen (apple store recommendation) no help, replaced the Battery no help, Replaced the Charging Port no help. I've held in the Power and home button for 10 seconds several times, left it plugged into electric over night. Phone still won't turn on. Am I missing something?
