How do I go about making emoji suggestions? I don’t want to make the emoji, but just make a suggestion.
Are all the emojis drawn by people and then submitted? So I have to have a drawing to start with?
I’d like to see cheerleading items emojis and margarita glasses/drinks.

Apple doesn't create emojis. That is Unicode Consortium.

that is the only place that does emojis.
follow their request procedures, you can't just say "i'd like an emoji for...", that's not how it works.
