Charged for an app subscription after already cancelling it

Hi. I cancelled a subscription on an app I down loaded and it’s charged me 4 times since. How do I stop this as the company have told me to contact Apple. However I have tried and nothing has happened.

If you cancelled the subscription at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date contact iTunes Support e.g. via the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here
