I have the Xr and my notifications for my messages doesn’t repeat alerts. It was doing it before but not anymore how could I fix it?

That GIF doesn't help when it's an issue present in iOS 13. This bug was present in the betas and was apparently not fixed before the release of iOS 13.
I have the same exact problem. Mine wont repeat at all. just the first ring and that's it.
Right. I called apple and it still wasn’t resolved
