PHOTOS APP - TIME TAKEN CHANGES

Hi when I import images to Photos, the time the image was taken changes to an hour in front.

Does anyone know why?

Was the picture taken in a different time zone that the computer was in when imported? That can be changed in the Image ➙ Adjust Date and Time menu option:

External apps that make changes to an image will not carry on to Photos If I edit an image in Photos with an external app, the changes will not carry on to Photos, which gives an error message that the changes will not be made.

Photo Not Exporting With Changed Date When I change the date of a photo in Photos and export it, the exported file has the original date instead of the changed date. Any workarounds for this?
