I have a Series 3 with cellular provided by AT&T. I have ordered a new Series 5. Does anyone have the steps to follow to successfully transfer the cellular sync from my old Watch to my new Watch?

Well the Watch Series shouldn't make any difference. If I was doing the same thing moving from Series 3 to Series 4, the process would be the same.
