Move goal, real calories burned
Most days I usually do at least 2000 move calories. I feel this can’t be correct because I don’t run. I use my arms. I am paralyzed from my waist down and move my forearms in a up and down motion hitting my armrest. Yesterday it says I did 33,963 steps and went 18.16 miles all while stationary in my wheelchair. My question is what are my true calories burned? Should I cut them in half or more? Does anyone know where I can find a power chair setting to accommodate my needs? I know I am burning calories because I really heat up exercising.
