I canceled the subscription but it keeps sending me a balance how can I stop it from trying to bill me ? It won’t let me download nothing I didn’t approve of this payment so I’m not paying it

If the subscription already started, then your cancelation goes into effect at the next renewal date. You cannot cancel that part of a subscription that you already started.
