How do I set up the askfor permission feature when buying apps/games/music etc?

Hello,
Ask to buy is a part of Family sharing feature of iCloud on Apple Devices.
When you start a family sharing with your kids as a members of family, you can setup Ask to buy, so that you will receive a notification to allow kids to make purchase of get an App.
