Blocking an email address on icloud

How can I block someone on icloud? Like their email address

Go to iCloud.com/Mail using a computer browser, click the gear at the bottom left, select Rules, and create a new Rule. Sample below.

Hey Eric! Thank you for your response. I know about the rule. I was wondering if there was a way to just block the email address completely, so that it does not even go to junk mail, like I don’t even want to be able to receive it anywhere.

You are welcome. What I posted above should keep it out of junk mail. It goes directly to the Trash. There isn't a block addresses capability. Rules are used to do that.
