My Strava won’t open up on my Apple Watch unless I open the app on my phone. I have checked all of the settings and they appear ok. I’ve also reinstalled the apps on both my phone and watch and still have the same problem. Any ideas what else I can do as my watch keeps letting me down on my training runs. Problem only seems to exist since last iOS update

I had the same problem and I hope you found a solution -- if not, here's what I did:
Uninstalled Strava on the phone and watch, restarted phone and watch, reinstalled Strava on phone and watch, started Stava on watch and allowed all setting on phone popups. Hope that works for you too.

I would imagine that the post was a request to see if any other Apple Watch users had the same issue. I have the same issue and have looked here for that reason.

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 6 and your iphone is running ios 13. Then try it. My works fine. Make sure your signed in to Strava
