My call announce Language has suddenly and automatically changed from English to some other language which is very imitating. Can someone please help suggesting a Solution.
I have tried reset region and language but it didn't help.
Device is Xs

I understand the calls on your iPhone XS are being announced by a different language. You can reset this back to English in the Settings app.
Manage incoming calls on iPhone
I would suggest the following steps to reset the Announce Calls feature and voice setting:
Open the Settings app. Tap Phone > Announce Calls and change the preference to Never.
Choose General > Accessibility > Speech > Voices > Your Language > (ie. English, US) > Choose the Siri Voice you want. Perhaps try a different voice than the one you were using. Tap the iCloud icon to download this file.
Restart your iPhone, and tap Settings > Phone > Announce Calls and choose Headphones & Car
Let us know if the issue persists after trying these steps.
