I can update any app in AppStore, everytime I get notification "your account was deactivated in AppStore". From this same reason I am not able to update my credit card information. Please, what should I do to solve this problem?

If you mean disabled contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
