I have just bought a brand new ipod touch in USA. I don't know why When I start it the first time, It seems that there is someone activated it. So now, I cannot use it!
Pls help me to solve this problem! My daughter is looking forward!

Well, I would restore your device (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252) then go through the link I posted before and in case of further problem, better to visit an Apple Store and/or an Official Apple Support Center or contact the Apple Support.

Is this iPod touch new or have you bought from somebody? In case has been purchased from somebody, the original owner need to remove the device from his Apple ID otherwise you won't be able to set it up.
