So I subscribed to this youtube music app on my old iPhone and I don't have that phone anymore. It still charges me monthly but I can't cancel it because it is billed through iTunes and when I log into iTunes on any iOS device it says I have no subscriptions.

I am having the same problem I can not find any subscriptions on my new iPhone even through I do have my YouTube music account downloaded. I did download iTunes on my computer and my subscriptions show up there yet I can not find any way to cancel them. I've been going back and through trying to get this account canceled and I hope you found a way to do this either on a iPhone or ITunes on the computer. I greatly appreciate any help.
What do you see for the subscriptions ? If it says that they will expire and is only giving you options to resubscribe you've either already cancelled them or they weren't set to auto-renew
