It looks like that this model was originally produced for the greek market. FaceTime is supported in Greece.
The iPhone 8 does not feature Face Recognition for unlocking (Face ID), it has a Home Button and Touch ID (Finger Print Sensor). If it's originally from Saudi Arabia, it will not have FaceTime.
