Payment of icloud

Hi everyone, icloud took the payment twice and I couldn’t see receipt in my purchase, actually there is no iCloud in the list so I couldn’t get any help from apple help desk. Did you realise this kind of problem?

If both charges were successful (e.g. if not wasn't a failed collection or just a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
