My search engine keeps changing to Bing on google chrome and it is because of this Qsearch virus. I have run the malwarebytes program to remove any virus and anytime it changes I delete it immediately from my chrome settings but it just keeps coming back. How do I get rid of it for good?

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report...
Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.
