Why is Apple trying to charge my credit card for the above mentioned charge when I didn’t even purchase anything in that amount or totaling that amount?! Please help or explain and help. Thank you very much

If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Does not mention purchases made under Family Sharing which might be charged to the organizer's card but will not appear under the organizer's purchase history or subscriptions. It’s just a notification telling me the charge was declined because I disabled my credit card. I will check my family sharing and will update
