No fall detection

Ok- few things to check. First, make sure you are on the latest version of watchOS. Second, make sure you have set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone. Third, if you are up to date and have your Medical ID filled out, I’d contact Apple Support to see if they can help you further. Sorry I wasn't able to be more helpful.

Do you have an Apple Watch Series 4 or Series 5? Only those two models are capable of fall detection.
