iPhone keep disconnecting with Bluetooth car stereo

I upgraded two iphone and now both of them doesn’t work anymore! Please help me

I am having the same problem but only after upgrade to ios 13. I have 4 iPhones and the one with version 12.X doesn’t have the any problem. So it’s not the car!
