How do I access family shared content in the new AppleTV App?

How do I access family shared TV and movies in the new Apple TV app? When I look under Library, there is no mention of the family shared items. On the AppleTV I only see a way to access the shared stuff in the TV and Movies apps, but not in the Apple TV app, and on the phone I need to go into the iTunes app under purchased to get to the shared content. Am I missing something? Shouldn't there be a way to see the shared content in the new AppleTV app? There will be other devices like the Roku and Smart TVs that only have the new AppleTV app and not the iTunes or TV/Movies apps.

"Access another family member’s collection

If you’ve set up Family Sharing with your Apple ID account, your other family members’ iTunes purchases appear in Library. You can easily switch to another person’s collection.

See Set up Family Sharing in the Apple TV app.
