Apple Arcade Network Error

Hi, good day to all.

Does anyone know anything about this "network error" issue? I'd be playing Frogger Toy Town, and it'd hit me with a "network error" and I'd be sent to the stage selection screen. Btw I'm playing on an iPhone 7 Plus and it isn't connected to the internet.

As hinted in the article above a key feature of Apple Arcade is that your gameplay information is synced up to the cloud so you can pause a game on one device, then resume to another. With that in mind I'm sure an active network connection is expected, whether Wi-Fi or cellular.
