Not sure if other people are experiencing this bug where you can’t rearrange the icons on home screen as they go back to the original position after restarting?
I rearranged the TV app to another position after updating it to iOS 13 but realise it keeps moving back to the other spot after restarting

This problem was resolved in iOS 13.1, they must have realised the issue after it was released
Hi, try going to settings>general>reset >reset home screen. If that does not work try resetting all settings.
Go to Settings/Display & Brightness - View and change it to Standard from Zoom.
resetting all settings does not delete data. it just resets your personal preferences.
Thanks and I am aware of that, but I do have lots of personal preferences on the phone and would take me ages to toggle each one back on. Raised it here simply to see if anyone else was having the same issue as me, if so it’s clearly a bug
Thanks but tried that already. Not willing to reset all settings just for this, it would take me hours to restore all these settings and preferences 😣
I’m having exactly the same issue. Unfortunately I’m trying to find out why this keeps happening too. It’s extremely frustrating
