Wheres the noise app? I checked app store and its not on my watch after downloading watchos6.

I have no idea why it wouldn’t be on all Watch models- only Apple know that. But it is only on the Series 4 and newer. iOS 10 has nothing to do with the app.
It says it’s compatible for my series 3 but apparently it’s not. Only 4 and 5 from what this discussion is saying
Why would it not be available on all? It’s in the App Store and shows it was on my watch, but states you have to restore the app from a iPhone with iOS 10 or later, when you re-download it ? Please explain?
