How Do I Downgrade to watchOS 5?

I just moved my Series 5 to watchOS 6, and am regretting the move. I won't go into why, because Apple deleted my original post because it "contained rants or complaints that weren’t constructive."

So I'd just like to ask the Community, in a completely non-ranting fashion, how to go back to watchOS 5 from watchOS 6, in order to restore some lost functionality.
